At SMAEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your watch, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your watch must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at smael@sandawatch.net. They will provide you with return shipping address and instructions on how to properly package and return your watch.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your returned watch, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the requirements for a refund. If it does, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
